    CGR
    CGR was one of my first 3 R4’s. Im assuming your around act 6-7 ish area right now. CGR is so insane for everything act 6 and beyond.

    Apocalypse
    Among all the above options, Apoc is the one who would benefit from a Rank Up. A rank 3 Red Mag, CGR and Valkyrie still hit like trucks but Apoc gets better and better the more you invest in him. I recently took my Apoc from R4 to R5 and the change was significant and with ascension his damage got way better.
