Ban-quit event..what went wrong??

Ok so we already know the state of game all year..bugs, communication issues and grind which is exhausting and literally burns you out, the major thing that keeps players in the game is these events which are supposed to be fun and rewarding... especially when it's the 10th year anniversary, which naturally gets you hyped and motivates you to invest in the game....but then kabam slaps the players,they gave a little upgraded version of valiant crystals
calling it banquet crystal.. it's almost like an insult to the players who were part of the game from its early phase..I'm not even mad at this point..it's just utterly disappointing, how can the game team bo so incapable..i don't think I will be continuing this 💩 game anymore

    The odds for everything were atrocious. We should get full refunds money-wise and unit-wise and they should re-release the event in, a week or so, when they've figured it out, and restart it, WITHOUT REMOVING ANY PREVIOUSLY OWNED REWARDS. That would fix it for most

    I don't think kabam will do anything, refunding is not in kabam's dictionary..they don't care about the players..
