I've claimed over 20k 7 star shards and they're missing

I have one 7 star after claiming over 20k via the events and yet I only have 1250 shards left? What happened to my others and how do I get them back for my rewards?? I can see the claimed status on my quests but they're not on my account. Please help!

I have screenshots showing my claimed shards, my current amount and my single 7 star. I only purchased one of two 7 stars in the featured store and I have a screenshot showing that as well.
