Although her dps isn’t the highest, she’s one of the safest skill killers

If a champion is slow, finishing with a full yellow bar is important. Plus I’m betting she doesn’t time out that much doesn’t she?

DKG could be moved to the A tier. But other than that I agree with all the other placements.
