Anyone else having issues with the let us make good event?

I have the let us make good event completely done and finished but I can't claim the final 2 rewards which was in all honesty the whole reason I even farmed for it lol, but I can't claim the 4 star sig awakening crystal or the 4* hero crystal on tier 4 or the 4* awakening gem, 4* hero crystal, pfp and title on tier 5 either, any help would be great! Thanks un advance !

    The rewards unlock one tier per week. Been a pretty consistent part of the side quest for at least a few good months now. You can see the unlock timers on them.
