Although I am very happy with the holiday gift this year (thanks Kabam), even though my pull wasn’t good, I still can’t excuse the fact that we’ve had no response about the mess that is the banquet. Somehow the holiday gift feels like compensation rather than an add on. I grinded for all 129 tickets and spent 6k units all to 1. Get the points reduced on the tokens for milestones after being promised originally that they would be 400 pts (Rich made a video on this and how it was misleading - honestly could be a part of the compensation is adjusting the points) and 2. Didn’t get much from the SBCs as they were promised to be “Grand”. While a silk from my nexus would have been nice and probably tided me over for a few days, the banquet issues still need to be addressed and honestly, properly compensated

    Yes. It was originally stated that the tokens purchased with tickets would count as buying and be worth 400 points and not 100. Then there was a reduction. They were supposed to count as bought because people spent money on the ticket bundles

    They did respond. They apologized and added crystals to the realm event. They may have not responded the way you wanted to but they did.

    Respectfully as I can say this, I disagree, it’s not just the way I wanted, but honestly not the way most the community wanted. Adding crystals to the realm event at that high of a milestone didn’t help most people. I’m not going to lie and hype up something that just isn’t that great

    I think people are also under the impression that the holiday gift was meant to be the “help” so to speak with the banquet but the two are completely separate. Everyone has their opinion, and mine is that the banquet still needs to be dealt with and honestly, compensated. I think a majority of the player base probably feels the same or a similar way
