Can you not awaken Platinumpool by purchasing a second Maximillion crystal?

I have unawaken Platinumpool and this afternoon I was lucky enough to get the final piece to purchase a second Maximillion crystal so I can awaken him. After purchasing the crystal, all of my pieces were removed from my inventory, I received 600 7-star titan shards but my Platinumpool isn't awakened.

Is this a bug or am I missing some bit of text that says that you can't awaken Platinumpool by purchasing another crystal?

Did u restart the game back up as it can be a visual bug as i opened 2 and mines duped

I have restarted twice and he's still showing as unawakened. Thanks for the suggestion though, I hadn't tried that.

Restarted once more and that worked I guess.
