So I've opened about 50 SBCs so far and received mostly trash (not complaining, the unfavorable drop rates were there for me to read).
And then I get double lucky actually, get a 7 crystal from the free alliance accolades SBC, and then lucky again to pull Warlock from the 7 pool. I seriously think this game sometimes punishes you for using units, and instead saves the best stuff for free luck.
