New EQ difficulties

When are they finally going to update EQ and add extra difficulties and updated rewards?
Running TB 100% for the paragon gauntlet is such a waste of time. Haven't done it for month's and now kabam is forcing us to run it for the new XP.
Why not finally add paragon (no stupid gauntlet but a complete difficulty) and valiant difficulty with rewards up to date with the current economy.
