Non claimable alloance banquet milestones

So i joined my alliance around 8 days before the banquet and it said that i would be eligible for alliance rewards today but when i checked i am eligible but unable to claim the alliance milestones despite me contributing the points is this a bug or did i not understand it correctly

Others with this issue have been able to claim the milestones after opening a crystal once they’re eligible, 15 unit crystal, free from accolades or other sbc.
