I have Gladiator, Odin and Beta Ray Bill?? I am confused on which one to use the awakening gem on.

    If these are your only options then I would do gladiator, he can ramp up more damage since he gets more confidence buffs, otherwise I would also just save it. There are many better options: Serpent, Knull, Medusa, Hyperion, just to name a few.
