7* Isophyne awakening issue

Kabam can you please explain why no one received any isos or titan shards when we awakened 7* isophyne from the banquet realm event. I really hope this is an error. We received titan shards and isos when we awakened deathless she hulk but not isophyne..

    Isophyne was a basic dupe. She hulk wasn't. There is your explanation
