Unused banquet keys not converted

in Bugs and Known Issues
When i clicked the i icon where you use the keys it said unused keys are converted to 5k 7* shards when the event ends. My 2 remaining keys are still in inventory and no option to convert them yourself at store either. I used 2 and was not interested in what was left so i thought to keep them for 10k 7* shards . Anyone got them converted ?
