Sandman Bug Being Fixed or No?

So in the recent forum post regarding the January Hotfix Kabam explicitly mentioned Spiral’s bugged specials, but not Sandman’s bugged Sp2. I already made a post on this issue and I’d like to know when we’re likely to see it fixed.

    FWIW I just tried Sandman out against Sinister (against whom the sp2 was consistently whiffing against) and had it connect with no issues, so it may have been silently fixed this update.
