Bugs are causing eye strain on players

Hey kabam,
I don't know how to put everything in one single statement. Your team should focus on resolving this screen glitches with weird lights during a fights. It's almost 3 to 4 weeks, still there is no improvement. It causes eye strain on players. Nobody wants to give up on a fight in battlegrounds / any bose fights just because this light glitches appeared suddenly during the fight. It's not only straining your eyes, plus we lose the fights and lose the interest to do that fights again. Few years back, even a small bug in the game, kabam will reward you with huge compensation package. Recently, there is no proper response from game team even after you submit a ticket. After the recent changes at kabam HQ, everything is not upto certain level of expectations. Now this game is a killer of joy/ happiness. Honestly after Jax and miike left, I kinda losing interest to watch even the live stream. Tbh, new community incharge doesn't have hype to engage with summoners and maintain that relationship with summoners. It's my personal view and I feel like they are more focused only milking everyone and make money for the company ( eg: banquet event). This new January side quest is totally boring because of mediocre rewards. I am just frustrated at this game now. Before there was a good communication between the community incharge of the game and summoners. There was no bad blood between anyone, even if lots of bugs/ less rewards / smaller compensation / whatever. It was fun overall. I am just disappointed, that's all. Anyway one individual person's opinion not gonna change anything.

Please fix the visual glitches, it gives me a headache and eye straining.
