Help for 10 year carina’s challenge

I wanted to ask for the advice of people like me who don’t have Wong for this run on who to bring and what path to clear.
I want to bring sentry ham and Wiccan for the run but am confused for the other two spots and the path to take as the Titania path has vision arkas who needs a good mystic counter.
So pls help me decide who to bring and the paths to clear.

    I can also rank up any 7* to rank 2 for the run so decision remains on who would be the most useful.

    I thought it was midtry. There are just too many champs for me to keep track of.

    Yeah midtry seems right. Sentmid might get confused with sentigoat, so let's go with midtry hereafter.

    I’m in the middle of a run with a r2 sentry that’s going better than I expected. Definitely make sure he’s at r2. I took the Sauron path to apoc. You ramp sentry on Sauron and then the only champion that sentry can’t take is hit monkey. Nagase has some good videos on how to do each fight. I’d definitely suggest bringing Wiccan and Vox along. Wiccan for the grandmaster and Vox as a backup path clearer (he was my most successful champion against hit monkey). Knull might be good against hit monkey, but I don’t have him so I’m just guessing. Pick from photon and spiderham as your last slot.

    Yep I have seen those vids and ranked up sentry might even rank 3 him but I kinda need counters for the ones he can’t take.
