Logged into linked Kabam account and it started a new account ?

I haven’t played since my mother passed but I thought I’d pick the game up to I was playing the game trying to see. What was new or different and in the middle of a quest I logged into my Kabam link to collect the stuff from the store and it made an entirely new account at level 1 how do I get my account back

    I’m waiting to hear back from support , if I lost my account ..I’m out no way I start over lol I really hope that’s not the case

    Support should be able to help you out with that, will just need some info to verify but then should be good to go! Sorry to hear about your mother, will hopefully get you back into your account soon!

    You should be able to just log in to either your gamecenter/playstore account or your original kabam email account. Don't see how it's that much of an issue.
