Does Dust have a higher probability to intercept?

So for those who have tried to fight dust in the alliance war showcase know that the only way to hit her is to find an opening and with unblockable always in the mix and having unreliable specials to punish, the only way to hit her is through intercepts. However I noticed that she would win 2/3 intercepts i attempted in all my tries, and I know there a miss mechanic, which has killed me, but I swear i was always playing around that too. And I wanted to know if you guys felt the same thing or if maybe it's a known thing I'm unaware of cuz generally my playstyle against her is just parry then combo, parry then combo, etc. So I'm just not sure if it's a: i gotta get better against her intercepts kinda thing or a yea she's more likely to win so try to stick to lights intercepts or something idk
