I believe this synergy between Dhulk and Dguilly is unique as it reduces critical resistance by a number value. Previously we had effects like sunder which set crit resistance to zero / ignores crit resistance.

So my question is, will this synergy allow opponents to have negative critical resistance, and if yes, what does that mean? Does it work like precision, and you can land critical hits more often? Or it just lowers crit resistance until zero?
