Playing by using fake applications

In my alliance, one player's profile is looking fake/unreal. We cannot take actions directly on him without any proof. You need to filter those fake players as soon as possible and kick them out from the game.

Naturally, he provides no details as to what he saw in the profile as his post was actually meant to have you believe that Kabam is quite lacking in dispensing with the cheaters ("You need to filter those fake players...."). It's a foregone conclusion that the guy is a cheater; otherwise, there would be no need for a "filter".
Moreover, if he believes that his alliance mate is cheating, then why keep him around? To continue reaping the rewards of his cheating? Why not ask the alliance mate why his profile looks like that? Instead, he wants you to believe that Kabam screwed up by allowing the accused to play the game and join his alliance.
In the past, people had falsely accused players of "hacking" because their rating is too high for their level (July 2017) and that's the reason for their loss in AW. The accuser has since changed his tune and now uses the more standard "blah blah blah killed the boss node in 20 seconds in AW" routine so he's suddenly believable.
The "real" details, of course, will come later when he reads more posts from this forum to get ideas. I would recommend the "there's no way the guy can have RoL heroes when he's only level 10". People would believe that and it is easy to verify.
