What's going on with Juggernaut?
I just took my 7 star to rank 3(first R3 7 star) and awakened him.
I don't recall his SP2 whiffing and being a clsn-less Hulk SP2.

    He's bugged right now. There's a hot fix coming soon. Currently he is Whiffernaut, I hope they fix him fast since I also have a rank 3 awaken Juggs and I like to make use of my big Juggs once again.
