Can Mutants Clear Necro Sauron Path Entirely?

So I have only completed titania path in necro and want to go for exploration bit by bit. Decided to go for sauron path as my second. The question I have is that should I go for normal carries (have r6 kate, r5 aegon and 7*r3 shuri), later finish mutant challenge some other time or try to finish entire path with mutants to also get carina challenge. My mutant roster for mutants as shown.
