Beta Ray Bill

Many people forgot him after hyping him up for a long time reason being he is not CGR level nuke in BGs. Well he was not made for BGs, he is usable but not the fastest. His play-style is somewhat rigid and not everyone likes that, 60 FPS made the heavy into special intercept more reliable. Shines in story and AOA type of content also pretty good in necropolis as well ( when he works he works ).

What I would like to change

Make the shock on basic chance from 10% to say 15% OR make it 25% decreasing with each shock by 5% and set minimum to be 10%.

Enchantress

She is great on defense which is what she was made for. Without any node she can be managed quite easily by getting rid of her spells but as soon as nodes are introduced she becomes a menace and quite hard to deal with. On attack after she is fully ramped up the damage, the regen and the utility is off the charts but getting her fully ramped takes some time ( 12 sp1s and remembering or at least pausing to check the spells ) the power steal allows her to throw more specials so it's not too slow but feels like that due to slowed time on sp1.

What I would like to change

She can be tuned down a bit on defense by limiting the reflected damage but even if she stayed the same I would not mind as there are a lot of really good science attackers and mystic class could use a good defender.

On attack I would love it if the sp3 got 1 additional stack of each spell ( which will be the last one the user applied say wilt levitate and fireball for example ) it would not reduce the time to ramp her up ( as you are still using 3 bars of power ) but just make the task to remember the spells less of a burden and an average user will be able to get more out of her just by memorizing 1 of each spells

    I'd like another change on BRB. Switch the shock expiration from first medium to medium combo ending. Increase the chance of placing shocks on basic attacks, and somehow improve his ability to pulverize armor, he should be an amazing Red Skull counter, but he can't manage the amount of armors Skull gets, plus he has nothing against auto block, that sucks

    7* R2 BRB owner here, not everyone should be amazing at BG’s, HOWEVER I do think one change could be made.

    The Energise buff simply isn’t consistent enough, as soon as you finish that intensify combo it’s gone, if the defender hits you whilst unstoppable you don’t get it.

    Therefore my change would be to make the Energise Buff more potent generating more power. And upon parrying the opponent you gain the Energise buff lasting 12 seconds with a cool-down of 7 seconds.

    Alternatively, you could do it with intercepting, since it’s quite important to intercept with Bill anyways.

    Point of this is really just to make him a little faster.

    I'm ok with Enchantress' damage reflection because if you do everything right you won't get damage reflected. So I think a better change would be to make it easier to do everything right.

    1)I think her SP2 should be unlocked after just 1 sp1 (instead of 2) before getting locked again. This is so that players can push her to sp2 and don't need to worry about her throwing sp1s back to back to back. Sometimes she just hasn't played into getting punished and this change could give more time to disable her spells before she stacks on too many.

    2)I would love it if you couldn't miss when trying to disable her green spell by interrupting her heavy. If that is the only way to deactivate her green spell why does she have an ability that prevents you from shutting it down? Or maybe this spell can only activate only when the other green spells have been or are currently activated because they don't interrupt deactivating her spells as much

    As for BRB I think he is mostly fine but he could use a couple tweaks.

    1)At least in BG he would need a slightly higher chance of inflicting his shocks with his basic attacks but this would also be nice in general questing too.

    2)It would be great if he could get 5 pause charges per each intensify from the heavy instead of 4. Sometimes when I'm charging a heavy the opponent will still charge in to me despite the intimidate and I'll only have 16 charges or even 12. This HEAVILY disrupts BRB's playstyle and you'll need to ramp him up all over again despite not doing anything wrong.

    2b)Alternatively reducing the intensifies needed from 5-4 (Increasing their potencies to compensate) would be nice because that would mean he spends less time charging up (which slows him down for things like BG) and increases the risk of interruption which is really holding him back. This also makes him less risky to play if you are using him unduped

    I think that switching the shock expiry to the second medium is not a great idea since the benefit of it being on the first medium is that you can have more control over when the shocks expire by extending or shortening your combos.

    Enchantress on attack could do with a simplification update so many spells to memorize or it’s like needing the manual on hand at all times to operate her. Effectively a worse wong, both take a lot to ramp but one is just better because of how simple it is to do.

    You have to intercept or use medium to pulverize armor, and you can't do that otherwise you lose your shocks.

    How can you control it by using first medium?

    I would probably change Enchantress's Miss spell to not trigger while she's performing a Heavy Attack.

    Something should change with that miss, it procs far far too often in my experience, to the point where she almost requires a miss counter. An ability none of the debilitate science attackers have 🙄

    It’s beyond infuriating to bait that heavy try to punish it and miss, for her to bash your block until you are cornered, only to miss 3 more times before you connect. Then you finally get out of the situation only for her to throw a sp1 into you block only to regain the damn miss spell and restart the process.

    There’s nothing fun about holding your block like this. Has nothing to do with difficulty level to eat blocked hits until you are allowed to play

    Well she has a predefined set of spells to deploy in defense. So kabam could just remove that miss spell from the defense spell pool

    This would make it way harder to time since you can't just medium intercept. Plus you're having to use more hits which runs down his buff pause and could give him more power than you want

    Only nerf enchantress needs is making her ai not throw a special 1 when I'm blocking for 5 seconds straight

    But you can just pause and see all the spell options on the HUD.
