Not even kidding, if I use hulking in war, I use heavy attack intermediate to bait out a special. 90% of the time they throw it if they have a bar. W strat.

It's not been working well imo for about half a year minimum. An update last year changed Titania from an ever-reliable to a place-yer-bets champ when trying to do her sp3 rotation.

It was never supposed to be guaranteed, it always just increases the chance of them blocking. I guess when they bumped up the chance for defenders to use special attacks it just had a knock on effect
