How to switch Alliance now ?

I want to switch alliances today, but I participated all four days and did most of the work, so I want to claim those rewards. Since we get AQ rewards a few hours after AQ ends and with Raids starting soon, how can I handle this switch?
Also, how much time do we need to be in an alliance to join Raids?

    If you want your last week aq rewards, you can't leave your alliance.

    If you want to leave your alliance and be able to participate in raids with your new alliance, you must leave before raids kicks off today and therefore will loose your aq rewards from last week.

    Pretty simple but horrible way of doing things by Kabam.
