If you don't have any currency to get raid passes, is it actually $29.99 to get in?

I tried joining raid but realized I didn't have enough currency to convert to get the raid tickets. When I checked the deals out, 180 raid tickets was $29.99. Am I understanding this correctly and if so is this worth it?

    Definitely not worth buying with cash.
    I usually spend 100k loyalty a week on them, as it's easy to earn more than that in a week. Gets you 50 tickets per week, plus whatever you earn through AQ, so you'll always have enough. Of course, use whatever resource you feel most comfortable spending (if/when you have enough), I just wouldn't recommended cash unless the other resources are worth more to you and you have the money.
