Arcade Sp2 Whiff Hit

I made a quick search, but couldn't find anything regarding this.

Has anyone noticed that Arcade sp2 pretty much always whiffs the 4th hit? More especifically, the one where the structure spawns in. I made some long fights with him and VERY rarely, the hit would connect.

This seems like something anyone could have noticed day 1, so I'm surprised that I haven't personally seen anything regarding this.

I just used him, it's looking pretty normal to me. Is the hit that whiffs the last rolling blade? For me is working properly

No, it's the 4th hit. The one after the fire animation and just before the blades.

So, slight correction. The hit that is constantly whiffing is the 5th hit of his sp2, not the 4th.

I was under the impression he had 3x flamethrower hits, but he has 4x. So is the 5th hit of the special that whiffs pretty much all the time, right before the blades.

I don't think there's any point in posting a video. Just search any gameplay video of him on youtube, he will likely be whiffing the hit on every single one of them. Even on his deep dive he is.

You are incorrect then, as he is pretty much whiffing the same hit every single time. There is plenty of proof in every single video out there on youtube. The only times he isn't missing it is when he throws it in to the opponents block or when you fight against him and dash in middle the animation.

Just out of curiosity: how many hits do you believe Arcade has on his sp2?

So, I'll make a last update here in regards to this, since I'll be looking for some eggs myself and not be coming back.

In regards to his sp2 5th hit constantly be missing: there is plenty of video proof out there, any video on youtube should show it. So I'll be sharing some screenshots of it actually hitting the opponent, but only when hitting on block or when fightning against him.

Sp2 on Opponent Block:

As you can see, there is a visual indication that the hit connected. But will only happen if you don't create much distance from the opponent with the flamethrower hits.

Sp2 when fightning against Arcade:

In the 1st image, I'm dashing towards him mid special attack animation, and you can see the structure spawning.
Then on 2nd and 3rd image, you can see my character getting hit by it, before the blades start rolling. The combo meter is also disappearing, further indication that the hit connected.
