At max sig, she just need three buffs and the debuffs will never even appear. However, some things to keep in mind. Kabam math works differently, so if there are any nodes or other things that increase debuff duration, her 100% duration reduction won't be enough and you'll need more buffs. But she is a good cheese for content with damaging debuffs.
Correct (...but watch out for power snack stealing her buffs at the very beginning of that one fight. You can build up new ones quickly and become immune to it before the second cycle.)

Correct, insult to injury node would effectively be gone, because once you have the necessary number of buffs, the debuffs won't even trigger.
Champs like Onslaught, who may not take damage from the debuffs would need to be concerned about this, as while they aren't causing damage, they are still there. In Angela's case however, the debuffs won't be there.

I use her w/ Odin prefights every AW on path 9. I'm legitimately considering making her my first r4 when I have the mats for it.
She's just so incredibly versatile. Virtually immune to damaging debuffs, nullify, and handles pesky auto-block defenders.
On top of all that, she hits like a truck without needing a PhD in MCoC to understand how to maximize her damage output.
