    Same thing just happened to me. Bought in-game because I forgot to get it on the web and absolutely nothing. Everything is still locked. I might raise a ticket but seeing as this thread will catch their eyes & ears, I’ll wait.

    Also isn't allowing one to purchase the sigil for multiple accounts. Via the web store only in game.

    Maybe you should still place a ticket when the smoke clears? That way you might still be able to purchase from the web store?

    Where is the cancel subscription optiom in the webstore? Just bought it, found out its awful and I don't want to pay for next month.
    Also where are the 600 units for the arena express compensation?

    The 600 units went out with the compensation a week or so ago. The comp numbers in the post were updated to reflect the added units.

    Same thing happened to me. I raised a ticket and awaiting response. In the meantime, I plan on canvelling the subscription because I purchased in-game rather than webstore due to that other bug. When it comes time to renew (if it’s worth renewing) I can then purchase through webstore proper.

    Go to your Xsolla account, assuming you actually have one, and click on subscriptions to cancel renewal. It's pretty self-explanatory and works just like any other online subscription everywhere else.

    How would I make purchases on webstore without an Xsolla account. Man they served dumb cookies and you ate all of them.

    If a subscription doesn't show up on Xsolla, it will tell you "Give your purchases some time to appear." So you're either trolling or not reading, your pick.
