Is there a Power Index Chart to use as a reference with my champions? In searching around I see fragments fo ones, but I have not been able to acquire a complete chart.

    If they have a star on their pic, it means they need to be awakened to be effective....if it has a green arrow on their pic it means they need a high sig level. Granted, this chart is just opinion...but may offer some guidance. @Ronaldpcole
