Missing Catalysts + Trouble Ticket Immediately Closed

I am missing 6 each of T3A and T6C catalysts, and my ticket was immediately closed after submitting it.
I had 5x of each catalyst in my overflow prior to taking my 7* Photon to R3. I should have 27x ea catalyst in my inventory, but it is only showing 21 of each. I sent the a ticket in, but it was immediately closed without anyone looking at it. I have closed/restarted the game according to the OLD message from Kabam Miike, and my catalysts are still missing.
