But I think they're probably referring to the Twitch Drops, so 'reward' is probably a confusing word. But it seems like lots of us have not received our twitch drops yet, including myself.

I'm going to guess that's what you're referring to OP. There is already an acknowledgment by a kabam employee on it on a different thread somewhere.
