Should Medusa actually work against arcade?

the arcade reduces the skill accuracy of true precision, sense and accurate attacks by 100%, I tested with 4 champions, Medusa, Hercules, Odin and Bullseye.
Respectively, these 4 have the effects of true sense, precision, attack and accuracy. Of the 4, only Medusa activates true precision, and there is nothing on her kit that states immunity to reduced skill accuracy or increased skill accuracy in any bonuses.
Could this be a bug? or a writing error in the text?
