No Sigil subscription in the webstore

Just tried to subscribe to the sigil in the webstore but it was not there. Is it only available in the in-game store?

    It’s at the very top of the online store for me. Are you logged in?

    Mine shows only this. No sigil.

    Try in private where can’t spell the other name for it
