Signature Ability – Penance Unleashed
Upon activating 5 different Judgments, gain a Passive Spirit of Vengeance for 10 seconds, increasing Attack by 20%-100% and heal 50%-200% of the damage Ghost Rider deal.

Always active
Being wreath in Hellfire provides full immunity to Incinerate and Coldsnap.
A lack of blood provides full immunity to Bleeding.
Reduces Power Burn, Power Drain, and Power Steal effects by 70%.
Cannot be affected by Reverse Controls or Fate Seal.

Passive – Evil’s bane
Against Villain opponents, Ghost Rider's chance to place a Judgement increases by 20%. Additionally his Armor Rating and Critical Rating are increased by 592.68.

Judgments
Each Judgment can be placed twice per fight.
Repeating a Judgement refreshes all active Judgments and grants a secondary bonus effect.
Activating 6 different Judgments in one fight triggers Demonic Rampage for 15 seconds:
o All Judgments last twice as long.
o Medium Attacks inflict permanent Armor Break.
o Ghost Rider gains Unstoppable & Unblockable while dashing forward.
After Demonic Rampage end, consume all Judgements.

Soul Reaper
For every unique Judgment active, Ghost Rider gains +10% Combat Power Rate.
If the opponent is below 1 Bar of Power:
o Medium Attacks have a 30% chance to steal 5% Power.
If the opponent is above 2 Bars of Power:
o Heavy Attacks steal 15% Power over 3 seconds.
When activating a Special Attack:
o Steals an additional 10% of the opponent’s Current Power.



When Charging a Heavy Attack
Apply Judgement of Malice.
First Activation: Inflict a non-stacking 100% Unsteady Debuff lasting 8 seconds.
Second Activation: Apply a permanent slow debuff and its falls off is Judgement of Malice consumed.

Finish a 5 hit combo with Light Attack
Apply Judgement of Spite.
First Activation: Absorbs 10% of the damage dealt as health for 6 seconds.
Second Activation: Gains a Regeneration Buff, healing 10% Max Health over 10 seconds.

Finish a 5 hit combo with Medium Attack
Apply Judgement of Corruption
First Activation: Inflicts Fate Seal for 10 seconds, nullifying buffs.
Second Activation: Fate Seal becomes Permanent and its falls off is Judgement of Corruption consumed.

Activating a Special Attack
Apply Judgement of Sinner
First Activation: Grants a Fury Buff, increasing Attack by 35% for 10 seconds.
Second Activation: Fury becomes Permanent and its falls off is Judgement of Sinner consumed.

Special Attack 1
Apply Judgement of Pride
First Activation: Drains 30% of the opponent’s Max Power over 4 seconds.
Second Activation: Inflicts Power Lock for 8 seconds.

Special Attack 2
Apply Judgement of Anger
First Activation: Inflicts Incinerate, dealing Energy Damage over 8 seconds.
Second Activation: Incinerate becomes Permanent and its falls off is Judgement of Anger consumed.

Special Attack 3
Apply Judgement of Guilt
First Activation: Steals 50% of the opponent’s Current Power and inflicts Penance Stare for 10 seconds. Opponents under Damnation are also power locked, heal blocked and Fate Sealed, all of which are unaffected by Ability Accuracy modifications. Fate Seal immediately Nullifies all Buffs, and prevents any new Buffs from activating. Max: 2.
Second Activation: Penance Stare reduces the opponent’s Combat Power Rate by 50% for 15 seconds.

    Wdym its only one, it stops all buffs does it not? It is a permanent stagger. Having 1 or 2 doesn't make a difference right?

    He meant indefinite.
    Not expiring until consumed.

    I like the idea of each judgement having a different effect per activation, but this is way way way too strong. Even the regen on the sig ability alone is completely absurd

    Also you talk about judgements being consumed by I literally don't see that anywhere? And why would his judgements lasting twice as long matter at all if must of them become indefinite

    I don't want him to be too overpowered, besides, KABAM won't read this tho

    Kabam reading it or not is kind of irrelevant. Making champion kits without considering balance is kind of pointless even for fun since anyone can turn around and say we'll they're immune to everything and kill in one hit.

    This kit is full of incredibly over powered pieces of utility and the regen is nuts
