Game crashes during BG

Game crashes during BG Match to either come up with most of the time gone and sometimes to a loss due to forfeiting ( how dishonourable) . So many times this has happened now, I’m a mid level player so i let it slide, but then this engrossing game brings out serious emotions in its players and when competitive modes have occurrences like this, it is extremely frustrating/disheartening. Please do something. I use I pad 9th gen IoS 18.1.1.
