New war tactic/saga pool in the latest update

#Genesis (skill and cosmic, defender pool):

(Also includes Super-Skrull, I just didn’t want to add an extra screenshot for the one champ).

#Coda (mystic and mutant, attacker pool):

These will presumably be the saga champs for the new saga that starts next month.

The mutant attack pool obviously has to be extremely bad.

Seems to be similar pools to #X-magica and #Magic thief, with the very thankfully exclusion of both Serpent and Bullseye in exchange for the much more manageable Maestro.

Attacker pool seems alright, although the mystic half is hard-carrying it seems. Doom, Kushala, WT, Shathra, Tigra, Spiral, and Rintrah are all great. The mutant pool is a bit lackluster though, notably missing Onslaught, Sinister, Sunspot, and AA.

If this is for the next saga, then we are expecting another mutant event, like X-Magic, although I still haven't fully understood what the tag names might refer to. At least Coda...

In essence, both names of tactics can be connected, at least indirectly. Genesis is the birth, the beginning, and Coda is the end of some musical piece/literature (roughly speaking, symbolizing the end or resolution of a narrative). It's basically a cycle.
I don't really know how this can be connected to the theme of the next saga.

Mantis: she seems to have an invisible touch.
    Maestro: the conqueror.
Misty "dancing with the moonlit" Knight.

Just realized that the attacker pool includes red Cyclops lol. Bro thinks he’s on the team.

Jokes aside, I’m kinda wondering if that’s a mistake and the saga attacker is supposed to be blue Cyclops, who is due to get his buff soon. If not, then I have no idea why he’s in the pool because red Cyclops is ludicrously terrible. The saga attacker pools have had less than stellar options in them before, but Cyclops is a different level of bad compared to the rest. The only comparable attacker I can think of is Classic Deadpool in the Arcade games saga who was clearly only in there to promote the Deadpool 3 movie.

These champ pools all feel more or less the same. I realize the champs change, but sagas feel like they are becoming less interesting every time they change. Even though they don’t exactly change, cause the metas stick around as tags in perpetuity.
