Why didn't Scream take degen damage?

I'm just wondering how Scream didn't take any damage. Shouldn't she get degen for breaking Dragon Man's armor?

    But the degen is a passive, should still take damage, right?

    No some passives can be ignored if champs abilities if its like no retreat u cant ignore it

    If this is Victory track, it has to do with Scream being a decay attacker and Dragonman being a Sugar-pill defender. Read the nodeagain and you will find your answers.

    Scream is decay. If she inflict many debuff, all damage overtime including passive like degen passive will be resist, so there is no damage
