This is where usually folks miss out on many champs leading to frustration. It might be better to list down 10-15 or whatever types of champs needed to get to Valiant. The diversity in roster really helps push completion. I’ll list down some based on my experience
Act 1-5 Literally any champ
Act 6 onwards
Poison immune (Xbones & Mr Sinister boss)
Fury champs (Mr Sinister boss)
Bleed champs (Medusa boss)
Literally almost any 7* at level 1 will put in a lot of work
Most 6* at rank 1 level 1 will work if they are boss counters.
Act 7
Shock champs
Buff champs
Pure dmg champs (Example: someone like 7* Mysterio carries in act 7 even at rank 1. The other utility he has is a bonus there)
And so on……

Someone with more knowledge could create a list like this.

Ranking up champs based on who you pull instead of chasing champs is more satisfying less frustrating.

All you need for anything pre 8.3 is herc, after 8.3 or when you get there, id say circle in cgr, then from there you can pretty much do all of story up until 9.1, where you need to bring in kate bishop.


the horsemen of story content is literally just herc, cgr and Kate. Those 3 and you can beat any quest tbh
