Diss Track/Negasonic bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
This is the 2nd month in a row where Negasonic Teenage Warhead cannot take down a boss with Diss Track. I had 24 incinerates on the boss and he still wouldn't take damage.

    You need debuffs. Negasonic cannot place debuffs. Her incinerates are passives.

    As stated above. Negasonic doesn't have access to debuffs
