Issue regarding 6* Deathless piece selector

I have bought all 6* deathless pieces from the store for all the champions and unlocked all deathless champions by now. But then I claimed this month's solo event milestone which gives an additional 6* deathless piece. I thought that claiming the milestone will grant me an additional piece which I could trade off for resources but instead now I am facing a bug which turns my screen black every time I switch a menu or at start of every fight. Have I made a mistake by claiming the last milestone because this black screen is really bugging my experience to play the game. Please help Kabam.
