Kabam not helping and I haven’t received my champions

I have now tried to contact kabam support THREE times and they have closed my claim each time. In getting really sick of being told I’m lying or pushed to the side like my issue doesn’t matter. I opened a 5* basic and a 6* basic that gave me warlock and Hercules respectfully. I checked the champions section and both champs weren’t there. I checked for any new champs in case I made a mistake but there weren’t any. I then checked the crystal stash to check if my shards or crystals were still there and the game had just bugged. But no my crystals and shards were gone too. Can somebody please give me some help. I am a tb account who has played the game since year 4 I’ve even spent money on the game I have no reason to lie.

Kabam can see every tiny bit of data on your account.
If you opened the crystals and pulled those champs, they can see it.
If you opened the crystals and they bugged, but still consumed the shards, they could see the change in how many shards you had.
You may not have a reason to lie, but that doesn't mean you aren't. Kabam can only work off the data that they have, and they can see everything. If a mistake happened, they'd be able to correct it. It sounds more like none of what you describe happened and maybe you pulled two different champs.

If I pulled different champs then they would be in my roster no? I understand they can see everything and are going based on the data they have but I’m not an idiot. I know what I have seen and that’s what I’ve relayed. In 7 or so years of playing this game I’ve never had an issue like this happen until now.

As a 20 year old man why on earth would I lie about a bug in a mobile game. And if I was lying wouldn’t I try to swindle something more helpful like 7* champs or something? I just want either the champs I opened, the shards I earned from story completion or an explanation as to what happened. Surely that’s not too much to ask for.
