First Time Doing Everest Content

Greetings everyone. I’m searching for some insight and trying to see how brutally F’d I am as I prepare to tackle Epoch. I’ve been playing mcoc for almost 10 years. I am a Valiant player with about roughly 20 7* r3 currently. As someone who has never done a piece of Everest content or any of these seasonal (insert) of pain challenges or gauntlets, how screwed am I? Ever since necro I’ve always told myself that when the next Everest content comes around I would make a valiant attempt at it. Well here is that content and holy moly am I terrified. I have about 50 revives plus 500 free crystals and 18k units. What should I be expecting besides pain and torment? I truly want to test my skills but I’m feeling extreme doubt when looking at all of this. Should I skip this content if I don’t plan to 100% it? Is it as tough as people are making it out to seem?

To give my track record of the game…
I’ve only done an initial clear of Act 6
Skipped out on all of the other Everest content.
Have 100% all of Act 8 and 9.1.
Have taken part in platinum tier wars at a semi comfortable standard.
I struggle in BG’s but I tend to make it out of VT and into GC’s.

The paths in Epoch really aren't that bad. It's just the boss. You should watch some videos on the boss fight and then decide if you're up for it
