Unable to use block after using special in AQ

Hey. My issue is as my topic says: Being unable to use block after special. For me this is just happening in AQ nowhere else and its really frustrating - after special my champion just walks straight to the enemy and i cant change that. I'm loosing a lot in AQ really.
Im running the game on IOS.
