She gets indestructible when going into binary mode above 20 charges. Higher sig increases its duration. At max sig she is indestructible for 12 seconds, which is actually quite a long time

People sleep on her for some reason, I don't really get it.
She's also an ok defender in BG if you can trap your opponent into using an energy damage attacker against her.
