Code from Valentine day don't work and gift box does not exist

I have encountered problems în the store....forum me and some others coleagues the free prize and codes does not work at all.
The gift box teh 7* free champ diesel not exist

    Have you tried logging out and then back in?

    Yes I tried to login againt, to update the game.....i need to be bigger Level?

    I had the same issue with the Love and War gift box key not appearing in the web store , I was browsing on my Android phone in portrait mode, I switched to landscape then the box appeared. After that I went back to portrait mode and it was there. It looks to me like it could be a coding issue on the website in the way that it's auto detecting the browser and device.

    It’s in the web store, updating the game will not help

    Can't see it myself with the whole log in and out and the landscape/portrait switching
