Medusa Bug or Nerffed??? [Not A Bug]

So i noticed lately w/ Medusa that when I use my heavy attack she is no longer getting that permanent armor break debuff like she had been doing before and was wondering if anyone else noticed or was having the same problem? I don't think it was because I was fighting some ability reduction champ or anything like that, and I'm not entirely sure that would work either way.

All I know is that it hasn't been happening for me lately and wondered if it was the same for everyone else or if something had been changed w/ her. Thanks for your help!

    Hey @CA2HI. UndeadProphet is correct. Medua's Heavy Attack will cause a bleed if the opponent already has Armor Shattered, but it does not cause Armor Shattered. That happens when you stack five Armor Breaks on your opponent. Since this isn't a bug, I'm going to go ahead and close out the thread. Thanks!
