Since about March of 2024, my contest credits have been negative. Whatever, no big deal. The issue is that I haven't spent any money in the game since when Mangog came out. There is legitimately no reason for it to be negative. Any time I try to contact Kabam about this or any of their bugs (Deathless She-Hulk fight, Incursions issues, etc.). How do I talk to support to get my bug resolved without having the system auto-reject my support ticket for no reason?
No, i did not steal from Kabam before you get your jimmies in a john. This is an actual bug that has affected my account for almost a year and caused me to lose out on a significant amount of points in the Holiday event.
