Missing a Mastery Point

I asked people about mastery point like when we will reach 60 level how many mastery points will we have and they answered as 60. I also checked some online mastery trees which has 60 mastery points also. However I have 51 mastery points at 52 level which it will be 59 at 60 level. I also remember when I was 40's level one time I leveled up and get a mastery points but had many new peofile picture so for the notification I had many at profile. Then one day I checked for that mastery point and it was gone so I assumed I used it by mistake. In short I think there was a glitch in the game and I lost a mastery point so please help and guide me. Thank you all.

    You should have 59 at level 60. The final point is available in the necropolis
