7* Awakening Gem Choices

Hi all!

So I have a couple of 7* Gems to use (Tech and Mystic) and just wondering who everyone's using (or saving for) their gems on? Roster is irrelevant; let me know who your top choices for each class are and hopefully it might give people some ideas!

The base pool is so large now that so many champs are likely to be duped naturally, so we're back in the days of saving the AGs for the rarest champs! (like the good ol' 6* days!)

Tech - I got two. Used one on sentinel. Planned to use one on shocker but duped him via crystals before that.

Best contenders - Sentinel and starky since they are limited for now. Shocker, prowler and arcade benefits as well.

Mystic - rintrah is a very good option. Most mystics don't need awakening compared to other classes purgy is another good option as she's limited. hood too.

I also got a tech gem. I think the only champ it makes sense to use for is starky or sentinel. I don’t have either and I do not want to the carinas challenges for starky so guess I’ll save it

I just used my genny on my new r4 sinister. limited champ as of now…. and wanted to break the cycle for other reasons for first r4, which our ally seems to be pulling alot of

Good contenders for tech include shocker, guardian, starky etc

Good contenders for mystic include rintrah. That is the only person I can think of rn

I feel the same; Titan champs are usually my go-to, but I feel like future 7*s might benefit more?

I remember my first ever 6* Skill Gem sat in my inventory for months until I got NF, so might just save these for a future champ

Tech: Sentinel or Ultron.
Mystic: Isophyne.

This has nothing to do with who's the best champ, but the last thing I'd want is to use a precious AG on a champ in the basic or titan pool and then dupe them naturally.
So I am only using AGs on champs that are not in the basic or titan pools.

I think the thing that puts me off using them on certain champs is the actual sig ability itself - I have a mystic gem but so many different mystic champs don't really NEED their awakened ability to be good (solid champ design thankfully)
